If you wish to obtain general information about our Platform or our Privacy Policy, we recommend reading these other sections: Legal Notice and Cookies and Privacy Policy, which you can find at the end of the document.

We hope you agree with everything stated here and in the rest of the legal documents; if not, we're sorry, but you will have to stop browsing our website and will not be able to use our service. In that case, feel free to contact us to discuss any of the points mentioned here.

1. Basic aspects of the Platform

Before purchasing tickets, it is important to carefully read the Purchase Conditions to ensure that the Platform offers what you are looking for and that you agree with the sales conditions we offer.

These Purchase Conditions are available to the customer before making the purchase and must be expressly accepted to proceed with the purchase.

By selecting the option "I have read and accept the Legal Conditions," you agree to accept the following terms and conditions. Any new features or tools that may be added to the current service will also be subject to the terms and Purchase Conditions, although these new conditions will only apply to Products you have already purchased if they offer more advantageous options.

Reading and accepting these Purchase Conditions is a necessary condition for using the services of the Platform. These Purchase Conditions govern the relationship between the buyer of the Products (hereinafter, the "Buyer") and the seller of the Product (hereinafter, the Organizer) and Madrid Comedy Lab SL (hereinafter, "the Platform") in our capacity as an intermediary. Madrid Comedy Lab SL is an entity with its registered office at Calle Orense 21, 1b - 28020 (Madrid) with NIF B70676556. Contact email: contact@comedylabtickets.com.

As a buyer, you acknowledge having sufficient capacity to contract, having read and understood these Purchase Conditions of the Platform, and accepting them.

2. What options does the Platform offer?

Through our Platform, you can acquire all those Tickets and Products offered by the Organizers registered on the platform. From the platform, we offer a space where you can access different Events easily, as well as the Products associated with them. The platform only provides you with a system where you can access Events in a unified manner and purchase Tickets. If you have any questions about the purchase process, we recommend contacting us at contact@comedylabtickets.com, as we are the technological Platform that makes it possible.

You should note that we do not organize the Events nor set the prices or access conditions for them, so if your question or comment is about a specific Product or Ticket, we recommend contacting the Organizer directly, as they can provide you with all the information firsthand.

In any case, we are at your disposal and will be happy to assist you and act as an intermediary between you and the event organizer.

3. How to purchase Tickets or Products through the Platform?

If you are interested in acquiring Tickets for an Event, you must register for it; to do so, you must have read the specific characteristics of the event carefully and agree with them before purchasing the Tickets. We detail below the different phases of the registration and Ticket acquisition process:

I. Once you make the payment, we will show you a page with a button indicating "download tickets." By clicking the button, you will download the ticket immediately to your computer.

II. You will receive the corresponding Tickets at the email address provided.

This document will always serve as proof of purchase, containing the Organizer's data so that you have their information and can contact them directly in case of any incident, and the link to these purchase conditions so that you always have them available.

If you have had any problems during the purchase process, you can contact the platform at the email address "contact@comedylabtickets.com".

Our customer service team will respond as quickly and efficiently as possible; we always respond to all cases and try to expedite communication between the buyer and the promoter to achieve the fastest possible resolution in necessary cases.

In any case, you guarantee that the data you provide us is truthful and are responsible for communicating any modification or update of the same. Therefore, you will be solely responsible for responding to any false or inaccurate information you provide and the data you provide in your relationships with us, other users, and particularly regarding the Organizers.

4. Suspension, substantial modification, or cancellation of an Event

An event will be considered suspended, substantially modified, or canceled if the organizer communicates such suspension, substantial modification, or cancellation, or if it is demonstrable through reliable means that this has occurred. In this case, the customer will receive from the Platform a refund of the total price paid for their ticket (including management fees) within a maximum period of 10 days from the organizer's communication or from the moment the Platform becomes aware of the reliable fact that demonstrates it.

The refund will be made to the current account associated with the card used by the buyer in the ticket purchase process. The customer will not have to take any action, as the Platform itself will proactively make the refund. However, we will be happy to respond to customers who write or call us asking about this case.

Except in the case where the purchase has been processed through a payment gateway owned by the organizer and not by the Platform. In this case, the event organizer will be responsible for processing the refund. If this is the case, the buyer is informed before making the purchase that the purchase will be made through a payment gateway not owned by the Platform but by the event organizer.

So that the buyer knows at all times who the event organizer is, the platform provides this information on the event page and also in the legal conditions of the purchased ticket.

On the other hand, to confirm that the event has taken place, the Platform provides the customer with different communication channels and an email to leave comments about the event (this message is sent approximately 24 hours after the event, provided the promoter has not voluntarily marked the desire not to send this email to collect comments).

5. Return Policy

Attendees of shows and recreational activities have the right to enjoy the show or participate in the recreational activity. They also have the right for such events to take place in their entirety, in the manner and under the conditions under which they were announced. Users will be entitled to a full or partial refund of the amount paid for the tickets in the event that the show or recreational activity is suspended or substantially modified, except in cases where the suspension or modification occurs once the show or activity has already begun and is due to force majeure. All of this is without prejudice to any claims that may be applicable under the relevant civil and commercial regulations.

Regarding the right of withdrawal as a consumer, for informational purposes only, we inform you that the applicable regulation — specifically Article 103 section l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws — specifically excludes from the right of withdrawal the supply of services related to leisure activities.

To ensure the buyer is always aware of who the event organizer is, the platform provides this information both on the event page and in the legal terms of the purchased ticket.

6. Unsubscribing from the Platform

In any case, before doing so, you should keep in mind:
